About

FLORAMENTE Holistic Solutions, ADHD Performance Coach

You want a specialist who genuinely cares, and I do.

I have developed a small team of collaborative practitioners that specialize in ADHD - each having our own area of professional expertise. We support our clients through success by developing individualized plans, using evidence-based methodologies, scaffolding tricks for skill development, practice, and education in areas that include neurodevelopment, personal life-goals, executive functioning, habit formation, audio-processing disorder, dietitian-nutritionist therapy, health coaching, emotional regulation skills, somatic awareness, and personalized fitness.

When it comes to how I practice, I know that my unique gift is the ability to profoundly connect with others and create an environment where anyone can feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable. The secret to our coaching is in building personal relationships - because to us, this isn’t just a business. We care about you reaching your goals as much as you do.

We developed the first collaborative-team business model that finds practitioners who specialize in ADHD, within their own area of expertise. Our strategic business model serves as an innovative whole-person-wellness ecosystem - Allowing our clients to discover their own, truly comprehensive, and individualized paths to success.

I reached out initially because I was experiencing a great deal of stress and worry about where I was in life. I needed a professional that actually understood me. Someone with education on Occupational Therapy and disabilities. Something more than just someone nodding their head. Over the coming months, I found a lot of compassion from my coach, a lot of affirmation that my experiences were all normal for ADHD people and we worked through multiple scenarios in my personal and work life. Professionally, my confidence has increased dramatically because I now know that I have the ability to show up as a competent and authentic person. Personally, I have been able to regulate my emotions, get up earlier for work (which I never would have believed was possible) and develop a consistent morning routine. I started exercising regularly (which is HUGE), and actually checking things off my to-do list rather than leaving things for months. I use my time more efficiently and am able to set goals and stick to them. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful and inspired about the impact that I can make in the world.
