I spent MY TIME explaining I wanted a new PCP, I also explained issues with nit being able to swallow…they booked me an appointment a week later….I filled EVERYTHING out on My Chart and did an E check in. I verified my appointment twice on the Friday prior to my appointment.
I received ANOTHER appointment phone call and then told…
Because ””THEY”” booked the time “SHORT” I would not be able to be seen.
Not a GOOD way to start a relationship….I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.
