Dr. McMillan joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in April 2021, after almost 4 years practicing in a clinical outpatient setting.

Hailing from Coburg, Oregon, Peter graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors at Regis University.
