I just had to leave a review of the woman who took my blood sample in Huntley Northwestern Facility. Her name is Cecelia. She was one of the most caring and helpful people I have ever met! She was kind and even though I thought it would hurt on the vein by my hand, because the other veins were not reachable, it was fine! She knew what she was doing. It did not hurt. She was kind and knew I was worried about the results of the tests. She reassured me and made me feel comfortable and welcome.
When I was leaving she gave me a hug. It was a genuine hug and her actions were worth saying ...great job! I hope this gets to the right people and please tell her how much my visit meant. God Bless her.
