Dr. Kartan has participated in numerous research studies and authored and co-authored articles and abstracts published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Clinical & Translational Immunology, and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Kartan enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, reading, and traveling.

Saritha Kartan, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Allergy and Immunology team. Dr. Kartan treats adults and children with allergic conditions including asthma, hives, eczema, contact dermatitis, and food and drug allergies, as well as immune disorders. She is skilled in patch testing and diagnostic testing for asthma and food and drug challenges.Dr. Kartan puts her patients at the forefront when providing care.
