HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. Alexis who claimed to be the office manager, yelled at me and then hung up on me. I have been a patient here for over 5 years. Alexis and her staff are extremely rude and do not display efficiency, accuracy, or professionalism.

I placed a contact lenses order over 30 days ago. The mailing address was confirmed but their office sent them to an incorrect address. I called to get an update and was told they were in the mail. I asked for the tracking number, only to see that they sent the lenses to the incorrect address and that the lenses were on their way back to their office, and not being sent to me. I had to make them aware of this when they had the exact same data that I was looking at, they just didn't look themselves and told me inaccurate information.

Alexis stated she would work to get the lenses mailed to my correct address once they received them back, and that she would provide me an update the following week on Monday. It is now Thursday of the following week, and no contacts and no updates from their office. So, I called to get an update today only to be yelled at by Alexis, interrupted while I was asking for an update, and to then be hung up on. I called back only for them to not answer. I left a VM letting them know that I would be filing a report with the local Attorney General and CO Board of Health, and requested they have the doctor call me.

No call back, no contact lenses, no resolution. HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. I have been a patient here for over 5 years. Alexis and her staff are extremely rude and do not display any efficiency, accuracy, or professionalism. RUN!
