I’ve just had the worse experience of my life at a doctor’s office. I was scheduled to see Dr. Sufferin and she was running an hour and a half behind. The staff at the front desk said she was on time. I had a sonogram first and then I was placed in a room that was 200 degrees. I started to feel very sick because it was so hot. I asked the staff when she will be coming in because I’m starting to feel very sick from the heat in the room. They said “you’re next and too bad, stuff happens”. Are you serious? I continued to wait when finally I couldn’t take it any longer. A huge headache came on from the heat. I made this aware to the the staff. But they could care less. I told them I need to step out and get air and water. I did. I vomited from the heat being so high out by my car. Went back in because at this point I had invested an hour an and a half waiting for this this lousy doctor who could could care less about her patients. I get back in and I’m told it would be an additional 30 minutes wait because she moved on with her schedule. She couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me while I was vomiting outside from the overheated office. I spoke to the office manager for 20 mins and she said it would be another 45 minutes to see her from there. So basically I was removed from the schedule because I stepped out to vomit for 5 minutes. This does not sit well with me AT ALL. I will be filing a grievance and will not allow my insurance company to pay a cent for the that sonogram. I will have them removed from my insurance company referrals too. They messed with the wrong girl. And that’s not the only way I will be going after them for the way I was treated. I was treated like a piece of garbage. This place is disgusting. It’s all about the money for them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
