I see all the providers at Northern Regional OBGYN, but Dr. Yancey just delivered my 2nd baby 8hours ago. I was induced and it was a hard induction due to the lack of my cervix dialating. Dr. Yancey was fabulous through the 24 hours I labored during her shift. Even wonderful having some hard discussions about a possible c section. Luckily, at the last minute my cervix dialated and she was able to deliver my son vaginally. I had an issue during the birth of my first son, and she was on top of that so it would be less likely to happen again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yancey. She is knowledgeable, listens, tries to accommodate your wishes- ultimately she does what is needed for the mother and baby’s health and wellness, and great bedside care in hospital and in the office.
