She is passionate about helping people regain their function and get back to doing what they love. As a former athlete, Dr. Wood knows how important playing sports and participating in activities are, and she wants her patients to be able to do the things they love.
In her free time, Dr. Wood loves spending time with family, attending various events (sporting, theatre, music), spending time outdoors, discovering new hiking and biking trails, traveling, and snowboarding.

Jennifer Wood, MD, FAAOS is a dual fellowship trained board certified orthopedic surgeon. Her special interests include trauma and fracture care as well as limb lengthening, reconstruction, and joint replacement of the hip. In regard to hip replacement, her focus in on minimally invasive and muscle sparing surgical techniques such as direct anterior hip replacement.She is passionate about helping people regain their function and get back to doing what they love.
