Amy Lorenzo has been a nurse practitioner for over 20 years. Most recently, the gastrointestinal surgery position is where she has learned to manage complex surgical patients independently. Additionally, she has great experience from working in a primary care practice where she saw mostly geriatric patients in their homes, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities and managed their chronic illnesses. Two very different practices that provided her with a wealth of experience and knowledge that has shaped her into the nurse practitioner she is today.Amy's goal is to see patients from illness to wellness.
