Schwartz, MD, FACC, FACP, is Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Overlook Medical Center and Principal Investigator for the Cardiovascular-Patient Outcomes Research Team (C-PORT) trial, a multicenter coronary angioplasty trial for Overlook Medical Center. As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Schwartz performs procedures such as coronary angioplasty or pacemaker implantation that can provide immediate and sometimes life-saving benefits for his patients. Also interested in cardiac imaging, he is Founder of the Summit Health Cardiac Computed Tomography (CT) Angiography Center.
