Dr. Wilt is a recipient of the American Medical Women's Association Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Award, Columbia University College of Physicians Arnold P. Gold Outstanding Teaching Resident Award, and New York Presbyterian Hospital Department of Nursing 2009 Physician of the Year Award.

Before joining the Group, Dr. Wilt was Associate Medical Director of the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center Adult Lung Transplant Program. She also has been Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Medical Director of the Inpatient Multi-organ Transplant Unit at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center.Dr. Wilt is a member of the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, and American Society of Transplantation.
