I am not the easiest patient, kind of a pain in the backend honestly, yet he is always friendly, professional, honest even when I don't like the answer, takes the time to listen, & I believe is doing this job to help people, not just to get wealthy. I have many health conditions, the treatments & medicines can clash, but Dr Sheppard has it as balanced as it can be, considering. An in-law recommended Dr S; I've since switched my entire family to his office. One of my children has been ill since birth, nothing huge or obvious, but aggravatingly persistent & continuously interfering with school. I could Not get any doctor to take it seriously, until Dr Sheppard did an examination & ran tests -- he gave an initial diagnosis that was helpful, my child is actually feeling some relief, finally, & the school system has finally stopped threatening to press charges against me for not taking mandatory public education seriously. Wish ALL doctors had similar personality, ethics, & sincerity.
