HATEFUL, OFFENSIVE, JUDGMENTAL-Worst doctor I have ever met
If I could choose zero stars I would. This "doctor" is a horrible human being, along with Susan Baitey (Admin) and Heidi Herbert (RN) ACCUSED ME OF BEING A DRUG ADDICT AFTER MEETING HIM 1 TIME. I am a teacher and he is making accusations that could ruin my career. I had surgery on my ankle for chronic ankle instability. After my surgery, I was told I had to have surgery on the other foot. My surgeon recommended that I go to pain management. I went to Dr. Goyal because my DR. was on maternity leave. He said he would be willing to take over my pain management until I get to the pain clinic which was rescheduled multiple tomes because of COVID. When I got my prescription it was 5 mg lower than what my surgeon was prescribing me and it was only the three weeks after surgery. I was told to only take 1 every 8 hours. I called and called and called and would never get a response back. I would run out of medication and he would not call me back to refill it. When I would need a refill the nurses and him would question me and make accusations about my "drug use" even though I was taking the prescription as prescribed. I got two pain medication RX fills from him and after that he sad he wouldn't prescribe me anymore. I got a call from Susan Baitey and Hedi Herbert stating that I needed to go to Valley Cities and take Suboxone for your opioid addiction!! AFTER MEETING HIM ONE TIME. As well, Susan Baitey is not a medical professional and she was giving a diagnosis. He wouldn't even talk to me. Susan and Hedi were rude, accusatory, and would cut me off when I was talking. They told me I was a liar, and that they had spoken with my surgeon and he agreed with them. I contacted my surgeon and he said that he never spoke with them. Do not see him. He is unkind, unethical, and makes you feel like something you are not.

Gratefully I am under the care of 2 amazing doctors and I couldn't feel more supported and cared for.
