I’m sure this Dr is excellent and they’re all spread thin having different locations, however the scheduling and trying to reach anyone is a nightmare. The 2 stars are a reflection of the way the office is run, not upon the Dr. and it’s probably not the fault of the staff either, it’s just so busy that efficiency is lost.
I went to the Canton location and it was fairly easy to book my first appointment, however from there on out, it was impossible to make headway with a future procedure. Due to the fact of multiple calls with no resolution, trying to leave a message and getting connected to the wrong dept or person, or getting disconnected altogether, or transferred to a call center, I will not go back to this practice.
