When I arrived, I checked in and waited which was no problem. After I was brought back to the room the lady who was to draw my blood sat down and said what they were doing confirming my name, she never told me her name. She said she would be drawing my blood. I in return said yeah, the things I do for PG&E, she then said murderer kind of muddled, I said no the things I do for PG&E she said I know murderer. I looked at her and she said I don't mean you're a murderer you just work for murderers. I tried to joke it off with her as it was a very uncomfortable situation. She asked me my height without measuring me, she asked me my weight without weighing me and seemed irritated that she had to measure around my stomach. As she drew my blood, she had trouble getting it to flow pushing the needle in and out and never released the tourniquet she was able to get a tube and not quite a 1/4 from the first position, she then did a second location down my forearm again she started the draw without releasing the tourniquet and again only got 1 tube with a little more the 1/4 filled tube. Today my arm is bruised and my whole arm is sore. I will be contacting the supervisor of this facility as I felt she did this due to who I work for. Thanks for your time
