I am a board-certified family medicine physician who transitioned to wound management and hyperbaric medicine in 2016. Prior to joining St. Luke’s Wound Care Center, I was the Medical Director of the Wound Center at Nazareth Hospital in Northeast Philadelphia and subsequently worked for Geisinger Health System in Scranton for a short time. I relocated to the Lehigh Valley with my husband William R McCafferty, DO, and our family. We are both employed by St. Luke’s.
I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton and my medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed a family medicine residency at St.
