Dr. Malhotra treats many acute and chronic pain conditions including sports injury, neck pain, back pain, spine pain, herniated disc, sciatica, joint pain, arthritis, nerve pain, muscle strain, sports hernia, tendonitis, CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome), hypermobility syndrome, and chronic postoperative pain. He has a particular interest in interventional-based therapies using ultrasound and X-ray guidance to diagnose and treat pain with minimally invasive, highly-targeted techniques. These include epidural steroid injection, medial branch and facet joint block, radiofrequency ablation, joint and bursa injection, viscosupplementation, tendon and muscle injection, botox, PRP (platelet rich plasma), nerve block, cryoablation, pulsed radiofrequency, and peripheral and spinal cord stimulation.
