About
Dr. Nurena grew up in Westchester and the New York area. When she first visited Stamford, she fell in love with the community and knew she had found a home for her practice. She enjoys getting to know her patients as more than just patients – as part of a family and community.
In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Nurena loves to teach medical residents and students how to become family medicine physicians. She enjoys helping each individual resident learn in how to provide great care, in his or her own way.
In her spare time, Dr. Nurena teaches dog training.
