Todd D. Franco, DO, is a sports medicine specialist with AHN Orthopaedic Institute, specializing in providing patients care for sports-related injuries. He has expertise in concussion, back pain, hip pain, joint injections, knee injuries, ligament tears, muscle injuries, neck pain, shoulder injuries, and tendon injuries. Dr. Franco went to medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He did his residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and completed his fellowship in sports medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Franco is affiliated with the American Osteopathic Association and currently serves as the lead team physician for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He sees patients ages 12 and older.
