Welcome to Integrative Spine & Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Dr. Carter’s practice is devoted to the non-operative management of orthopedic conditions and regenerative medicine treatments. After a comprehensive evaluation, patients will receive a goal-oriented treatment plan consisting of activity modification, therapeutic exercise, medications and/or injection procedures. Alternative/Complementary treatments are sometimes recommended.
