DR. KELLY WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT MY HIV+ EXPOSURE - I knew I had been exposed to HIV the prior evening and called Dr. Kelly, as my PCP, for help, support and treatment. Instead of referring me to a hospital ER for PREP, he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to make an appointment with him in 6 months. He should had have his license revoked and drummed out of medicine in the country,
