I was fortunate to find Dr Arnold as soon as we moved to St Charles years ago. My daughters were young, my husband terrified of dentists, and I have had constant dental issues. Right from the start, I could tell Dr Arnold was incredible. He takes time with all of his patients, and you never feel rushed. His exams are thorough, and painless, and he explains what he is doing, why, and what he sees - all in terms that can be understood and help patients make well informed decisions. He offers options when available depending on the situation. As opposed to others, Dr Arnold does not believe one answer fits for all and he discusses treatment options, benefits of each, and costs so you can make an informed decision. He makes sure his patients are at ease, comfortable, plus he has an incredible sense of humor! As if Dr Arnold isn’t awesome enough on his own, his staff, well, they’re like family and they make sure you feel like family too. Quick to reply to questions, concerns, or needed appointments... always helping with insurance... and everyone at his office is efficient, effective and down right nice decent people! Dr Arnold and his staff truly CARE about each patient!
