About

Prevail Physical Therapy

Prevail Physical Therapy serves a diverse population from age 7 on up and specializes in helping athletes and active people get back in action better than ever. We are a practice of highly experienced clinicians that have bonded to push the benefits of physical therapy beyond expectations. Our clinicians are experts in manual therapy and exercise, but also have specialty certification in biomechanical analysis using sophisticated tools from research settings to provide the highest level of accuracy in diagnosing movement issues and created the most targeted corrective strategies. Our biomechanical services (Video motion, muscle electromyography, pedobarography) are especially suited to running and walking gait analysis, bike fitting, athletic movement screening for injury prevention and return-to-sport qualification, custom foot orthotic prescription, fabrication and modifications, product development and testing, and more. We collaborate with many other medical professionals (even other physical therapists), coaches, trainers and product developers. Offering free use of our free AlterG anti-gravity treadmill to clients, or time-rental options for nonclients.

All of our visits are an hour long, spent one-on-one with your clinician, sometimes two clinicians. We are located in Shoreline, Washington, but serve the greater Seattle and Puget sound area. Clients often travel from outside our region or state for our analytical and consulting services, and we also will travel to provide services on-site, especially for groups. We are in-network with most major insurances, but also offer excellent value with discounts for clients paying cash and offer service package discounts and group sponsorship opportunities. We partner with R2 Bicycles, our in-house bike-fitting boutique, and Get Strong First fitness facility.
