I am a current senior consumer of Conviva in Jacksonville Florida. I find this establishment to be one of the most professionally run medical facilities in this city. The women at the front desk starts off your visit with a genuine concern and smile for your wellbeing. Yes people can tell the difference. I have been given information by this beautiful woman at the front desk that made a big difference in my healthcare. I had a difficult time with transportation provided by my insurance. She listen to my concerns allowed me to be human and then gave me a calendar and new transportation information. This service is provided by Conviva and free of charge. I have not missed an appointment and also can come to the same office for exercise of the body and mind via free transportation. Transportation staff have been so kind and thoughtful. Patience is said to be a virtue. I also say it’s a gift to give to others whose body says they need some patience in my mobility or thought process. Thank you so much to the staff that assist in my care. My next post will include the medical team and any issues and resolutions. I recommend Conviva to any senior looking for quality care in our (sick care) healthcare system. Thank you Conviva again. Very grateful customer.
