Cascade Family Care is a family-owned Family Practice Clinic in Salem, Oregon. The clinic was started by John and Agi Weller in July, 2005.

Our mission is to provide responsible, thorough, and compassionate healthcare to all members of the community who are in need of quality healthcare.

We believe that every person had the essential right to quality healthcare, no matter what health insurance they have or what their financial status is. We believe that every person should have access to healthcare that addresses their needs with responsibility and compassion.

That's why we are an open clinic that accepts all people who will benefit from the care that we provide. We accept patients with insurance and even those with no insurance at all.
