I am board certified in gastroenterology and hepatology. I obtained my medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ, pursuing a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in the process. I completed both my internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. I subsequently joined the faculty at UVM as an assistant professor in the division of gastroenterology and hepatology where I served as director of the gastrointestinal motility lab.
