Dr. Rachel Moore is the Chief of the Section of Metabolic Surgery at Louisiana State University Department of Surgery and a Clinical Assistant Professor. In addition, she was recently elected as Treasurer for the Louisiana state chapter of the American College of Surgeons and provides regional leadership regarding advancements in the obesity treatment model. She not only cares for bariatric patients, but also is committed to teaching and shaping the future surgeons of the bariatric industry.
