I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist whose specialty is type 2 diabetes management, heart disease, stroke, wellness and weight loss. My goal is to take good quality research and break it down so that it's simple and clear. As a Certified Diabetes Educator I am qualified to teach you how to plan meals that will optimize your health, and are realistic for your life. I have spent years working with cardiac rehabilitation programs, and can help you with nutrition to prevent or recover from a cardiac event.
