She worked under the supervision of her parents, Dr. Douglas Smith and Dr. Carol Smith for 8 years before taking over their family practice upon their retirement. Dr. Stacey has a bachelor degree in Biochemistry. Her research knowledge helps to keep her current with recent medical developments.
