I've been in recovery from mental health, emotional distress, & substance abuse since 2010. I've trudged the same path you're looking to begin. Aside from my journey, I've developed a passion for parental coaching and child/adolescent behavior modification Electronic abuse has become an epidemic that tears families apart and fosters addictive tendencies.
I found over the years that one size does NOT fit all. I cater to my client's needs and adjust. each individual's treatment plan accordingly. Utilizing Education, Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Therapy, Physical Integrated Therapy, and non-traditional holistic approaches, which foster the growth of mindfulness.

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. No one ever plans on having hardship and struggles; however, we do and suffer as a result. Much can be done within therapy, counseling, and life coaching to end suffering. Once the root cause of the suffering has been discovered, one can begin to learn how to manage the emotions associated with it. Everything boils down to emotions.
