Harbor Oaks Hospital provides a safe and supportive environment for adult patients presenting with a primary substance abuse disorder as well as psychiatric symptoms such as anxiety or depression. Many adults who suffer from emotional disorders, abuse alcohol and/or illicit drugs as a means of coping with their emotional problems. The Co-Occurring disorders patient requires coordinated use of psychiatric and substance abuse interventions._x000D_
