This place was a recommendation to us and it was close to our home so my father in law would be close for me and my wife to visit. Everything seemed ok in the beginning but they progressed over a 3-4 week time that my father in law was there. Some of the staff had horrible attitudes, threw dirty laundry in pills on the floor instead of bagging them up so we could take them home to wash. I think the final straw was a staff by the name of Jamie working the nurses stationed followed my wife into an elevator, called her a b**tch and threatened her with physical violence when all my wife asked for was the on call nurse to be paged. It was reported to administration and we were told it would be "handled" Low and behold we go in a couple of days later and that violent staff is sitting at the nurses station. So after that, he was released too early to which we made that clear we were not ok with that but it fell on deaf ears. Just this past weekend he fell out of his bed and has several close calls with falling. This place failed him, so very disappointed with the "care" they said they would give hime. We will be moving forward and filing a complaint with the state of Texas on this unacceptable behavior on PAM's part.
