Your courageous journey in counseling is a way to reach personal goals, reduce suffering, and get more joy out of life. We have an unlimited capacity to heal ourselves, despite the pain we've suffered.
I create an emotionally safe, non-judgmental, and caring environment for children, adults, and families to share their concerns and increase self-awareness. I provide a relaxed, laid back atmosphere, humor-filled, and a gentle, yet straight forward approach.
