Together in a collaborative method we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. I work with clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression and other issues driving negative behaviors and thoughts. Sally is like no other therapist. She takes the time, goes out of her way for her clients. I like the fact that sessions are 90 min and not 50 min. I never feel rushed or just a number. She actually is the first therapist to get to the root of the issue and not just let me vent. She has taught me to take action, ownership for my life and direction. Thank you Sally
