Our month to month lease is all inclusive – there are no “extras” or hidden charges. Even the professional barber services for haircuts and professional geriatric massage are included. We pay for satellite TV service to every resident’s private rooms. Guest and family meals with your loved one are always complementary.
We offer a quality lifestyle without comparison in the community. Arcadia Estate was completed in 2001 to serve as the best possible home for my father, a retired Army colonel who deserved to be pampered after 96 years. We had tried the “large facility” for many months, and when that proved to be much less satisfactory than we had expected, we tried having caregivers come to our personal home for 24-hour care. After endless scheduling problems with “no-shows,” substandard help, mysterious disappearance of many personal and household valuables, we decided to design and build the ultimate best solution.
Arcadia Estate is the shining result. Upon our first State of Arizona inspection by the Department of Health Services, the inspector issued our license with zero deficiencies, and upon leaving the home after over three hours said: “I’ve been inspecting Adult Care Homes in Arizona from border to border for over 15 years, and this is the loveliest we have in the state.”

Arcadia Estate Adult Living is a new, custom built luxury residence for just 10 seniors, located at the Arizona Country Club –at the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We are staffed with all state licensed Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants carefully selected for their sincere love and interest in the elderly.
