The home-like atmosphere allows residents the option of bringing their own furniture to their living spaces that have full service kitchens, private phone lines, patios or courtyards, and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Elderly Living residents are assisted with activities of daily living, and can go shopping and participate in senior center activities. On-site parking is available. Kentridge Elderly Living offers a 24 hour access controlled, fully fenced and gated facility for your loved one, with 24 hour staff, door alarms, and emergency in-room call systems. Kentridge Elderly Living provides resident meals and snacks, with ethnic, vegetarian, low sodium, or low sugar dietary options. Residents may eat family-style, have room service, or have assistance with eating. Complimentary transportation is provided for many off-site activities and devotional services, and the facility is close to public transportation. We have in-house medical staff, and visiting specialists and therapists. Residents can visit our on-site salon, library, sauna, whirlpool, or take advantage of computer and internet access. Residents may participate in hiking and walking trails, cooking and baking, exercise or arts and crafts, among many other recreational activities.
