The neighborhood surrounding Marlin Manors is clean, quiet and safe and Sherman Oaks Hospital is conveniently located nearby. In each building, there are two caretakers ready to offer residents any manner of basic non-medical assistance whenever necessary, such as eating, hygiene, dressing and rudimentary house chores. The owner, Linda Wolff, is a Registered Nurse. Marlin Manors' Hazeltine Avenue location is also home to numerous friendly dogs who provide quality companionship to the residents. At Marlin Manors, social and recreational activities such as daily exercise are organized to keep the residents in the best possible physical, mental and emotional shape. Every day, three balanced and wholesome meals are provided, and snacks and soft drinks are available for residents all throughout the day.
