About
We are an Idaho based, family owned and operated (4 generations) community and business.
Our great-grandfather started providing for the aging population of Twin Falls, Idaho by opening a nursing home next door in 1960. Upon seeing a need for services for the more independent individuals who didn't necessarily need "skilled nursing", but at the same time could no longer stay independently in their own home. It was after opening our sister community next door, Heritage, in 1968 that we watched our community grow and the need to meet the general population as well was growing in Twin Falls County. Thus, the family decision was to expand Heritage Assisted Living, by building and opening Woodstone Assisted living in 1978.
We are a community founded on family values and principles and stays true to those today.
We have two beautiful courtyards, encourage gardening in our raised grow beds, and lifestyle enrichment activities throughout each day. We believe in fostering as much independence as we can to and with each individual with respect to dignity and lifestyle. It is important to us that we not only monitor and provide oversight and assistance with the individuals medical health maintenance and needs, but as well we believe in seeing to it that all five senses are fully stimulated by meeting the holistic needs of each individual as well.
We believe in providing the best active aging community that assisted living has to offer by supporting individuality, privacy and meeting the changing needs of each individual since your family is our family.
Our fun-loving, educated, professional caregivers are here because to support you and your family member(s).
