Scottdale Family Health is a medical office that provides PCP services. This office is owned and operated by a Family Nurse Practitoner- Jonathan Luker. Our office takes the time to listen to our patients. Our practitioner performs a comprehensive thorough exam upon the first visit so he can address all your health concerns. We provide in office blood draws for our patients and can perform diagnostic tests such as dopplers, ultrasounds, and Nerve studies. We also provide various joint injections if needed. As a Nurse Practitioner, Jonathan Luker is able to order various tests at local hospitals, prescribe various medications, diagnose various conditions, treat chronic illnesses and refer to other specialists. Jonathan Luker CRNP has been in healthcare since 2005 , starting as an CNA, then progressing to LPN, RN, BSN and to MSN. He began his NP career practicing in a multi-specialty clinic seeing patients for family practice problems and also treating orthopedic/physical medicine problems. He then went on to start a physical medicine program at South Hills Physical Medicine where he performed thorough physical/musckuloskeletal exams and performed multiple injection procedures. Scottdale Family Health was started in 2014. We are currently accepting New Patients and acccept various insurances.
