Working with Deborah completely eliminated the pain in my neck and right shoulder. She helped me realize where I was holding tension and helped retrain the muscles to a relaxed state. Most importantly, Deborah showed me how to recognize mounting tension before it became crippling pain, I was able to avoid surgery, and the results have been effective for years.
