Services Although I am an "Addiction Specialist" and work with people who have problems with alcohol and other drugs, I enjoy working most with the people who are affected by another person's destructive behavior: Parents of adult-children who wonder if they could have done something different, partners and friends of an addicted loved one who don't know where to skillfully draw their boundaries; or adult-children who are frustrated with their aging parent.

I am really good at helping people with anxiety live rich, meaningful lives.

And I love working with men. They trust me. Because they are able to confide in me the things they would never tell another man, I can be helpful to them in areas of their lives that are "sensitive".

Other areas I enjoy addressing are

Moderation Management - Maybe you don't have to quit completely?
Relapse Prevention/Recovery Management
Living with Internet Addiction
Codependency
Depression
Relationships in general because we'r all about relationships.
Coping Skills when the going gets tough, or maybe you don't feel comfortable starting a conversation.
Grief- one half of my internship was with hospice. It is an honor to share loss with someone.
Self Esteem-we all could use some work in that area.
Personal Development
