I am currently an adjunct professor of nutrition at Long Island University - CW Post campus. My past experience includes: clinical nutrition at Long Island Jewish, private nutrition counseling in endocrinology, and sports nutrition counseling at Personal Training Institute.
My interest in sports nutrition is professional and personal. I've been a runner for 18 years and completed both half and full marathons where I learned firsthand the importance of proper fueling.
