As a therapist I will work collaboratively with you to break down the barriers in your life that hold you back. I work with individuals to find their inner voice and strength that will allow them to live the life that they desire. I also work with couples to improve their communication, build a stronger bond and reach greater intimacy and happiness together. In addition I have worked extensively with adolescents in helping them learn to navigate their world in a difficult stage of life.
