Why Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is an excellent way to treat an array of musculoskeletal disorders using a drug-free, hands on approach. We serve quality care to the residents of Mascoutah, Illinois and the surrounding area. Many patients also come from Scott Air Force Base, Lebanon, New Baden, Belleville, Shiloh, and Freeburg. We also offer DOT Physicals to anyone passing through who needs one for the CDL License.
Location and Parking:
Our Office is Located at 209 East Main Street in the Heart of Downtown Mascoutah, IL. We are directly across from the Visitor’s Center and Pizza Market. We are between Salon Noveau and A-1 Alterations. Parking is available right out front or across the street in the parking lot.
Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00AM-12:00PM & 2:00-6:00PM
Thursday & Saturday: By appointment
Sunday: Closed

The Back & Neck Care Clinic's mission is to provide consistent quality chiropractic service in a caring atmosphere. Our primary focus is to treat musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain, upper back pain, plantar fasciitis, and certain types of headaches. His goal is to reduce the patient’s pain as quickly as possible and restore and optimize the patient’s ability to perform tasks of daily living. He realizes that some patients experience pain for several years before seeking care. Our Chiropractor, Dr. David Bowden II, will consult with you to make sure Chiropractic care is the best form of action. After your free consultation, Dr. Bowden will perform an in depth physical exam and several orthopedic tests to get to the root of the problem. From there, Dr. Bowden will create a specialized care plan tailored to your needs.
