Firstly, Let me just say I could not believe this was a chiropractor's office when I walked in! It is absolutely gorgeous, super clean, and bright! It isn't gloomy or dark at all like most Drs offices. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They were more than happy to answer my crazy list of questions (this was my first time seeing a chiropractor so I was a little hesitant)! I was shocked when I went to fill out my new patient paperwork and they handed me an iPad! Everything was super technological and up to date (maybe even futuristic). There were iPads and Macs all over the place. I guess that's why they call it "Modern" Family Chiropractic. It definitely fits the name! After filling out my iPad paperwork, I was taken back to the Drs exam room. She was so sweet and had great bedside manner. She went over all my questions and concerns, we talked about how long I had been dealing with my back problems, what made it worse and what helped, and then she walked me through exactly what she was going to do. She started with heating my back with some sort of heat pad and then came the adjustment part which I was so scared of (I hate hearing people crack even their knuckles!), so I was pleasantly surprised when she pulled out this little tool that lightly vibrates. She used the tool on my middle back and I didn't even hear cracking at all, but I walked out of there feeling the difference! I am pain free and have more energy; honestly I haven't felt this good in years and cannot wait to go back! Overall I want to applaud the staff and especially the Dr for excellent service and showing me that chiropractors aren't anything to be scared of! Thank you Modern Family Chiropractic!
