About

Donna Maso, LCSW

Therapy and counseling can provide relief and personal growth for people seeking positive changes in their lives. It is helpful, especially during difficult times, to have an objective, compassionate professional who will focus on your strengths and abilities using solution-focused brief counseling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.

Most people go through some difficult periods, and it has been my experience that individuals can benefit greatly from outside help as they work through life's challenges. Counseling offers people the opportunity to explore and understand the nature of their concerns, and quickly move toward positive change, less distress and happier lives!

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. As far as the first review, I imagine anyone can add anonymous negative comments to taint a business. Real client concerns would be addressed immediately. Additionally, what "follow-up" was mentioned would be addressed in session. Last, the area is known to have zero criminal activity; this information could be obtained from local police. At night, all visitors and staff are escorted to their vehicles and the office owner always monitors every child. What other place offers this service?
