Counseling can be an intimidating experience and the decision to seek counseling is a courageous one. Whether you are having difficulty with adjustment issues or recovering from a traumatic experience, your treatment will be specific to you and specialized for your individual needs. Finding the right counselor is essential to your success in treatment. We make every attempt possible to provide our clients with a warm, caring, and supportive environment following a strength based approach to manage and cope with life's current challenges. We also provide EAP Counseling Services, and Clinical Supervision for LGPC and graduate students.
Specialties: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Military Issues, Child/Adolescent Behavioral and Emotional Disorders, Eating Disorders. Being prior military and now a military spouse I understand the unique challenges of the military community. Current certifications include EMDR Level 1 and 2, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Our practice is conveniently located to Patuxent River NAS, Solomon's Island, Great Mills, and Leonardtown. We pride ourselves on our ability to treat each individual with dignity and respect while providing excellent client services. We uphold your confidentiality 100%.
