Family Physician Laneah Snyder received her Medical degree with Distinction in Research at Stony Brook University in NY. She has since been completing her residency as a pediatrician at Cascades East Family Medicine here in Klamath Falls.
She has fed her love for research by exploring and delivering presentations on: Bruises and Broken Bones, Asthma, COPD, Acute Renal Failure, Seizures, Electrolytes, Hyponatremia, Pre-term Labor, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Management of Acutely Agitated Adult, New Onset Afib, Postpartum depression, Pruritus, Rhabdomyolysis, Upper GI Bleed and Infant Botulism.
As a pediatrician and family doctor, Laneah has also completed seminars in Child Abuse and Family Violence, Healthy Eating and Healthy Living.
Dr. Snyder has also delivered an Abstract and Poster Presentation on ACS in Women to the American College of Emergency Physicians Scientific Assembly, Boston, MA.
Dr. Snyder is also a member in good standing of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
"I’ve wanted to be a family doctor for as long as I can remember. There could be nothing more rewarding than watching a family grow together and helping them stay healthy all through their lives," says Laneah.
As a Family Physician, Dr. Snyder’s love of research will only serve to help her patients stay healthy. “I love to learn about new treatments and better ways to diagnose illness. It’s interesting and exciting and most importantly helps me be a better pediatrician and family doctor.”
