Cindy Zabinski, LMHC, CRC

My goal as a counselor is to provide clients with a safe space to share their concerns, struggles, and difficulties, and work towards goals of happiness, stability, and serenity. A main focus of my work is to help each client to achieve a connection between mind, body, and soul; to reach a sense and feeling of peace in the present moment. I firmly believe in meeting the client where they are at, and working together step-by-step, on moving forward.

My practice in a suite within a small office building in a central location. Parking is available, and the building is in close proximity to the Massapequa Park train station.

Focus areas of my practice include: addictions/substance abuse, eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, and women's issues.

I accept the following insurances/EAPs: CIGNA, Magnacare, Multiplan, PHCS, Island Group Administration, ComPsyc, and American Behavioral. I am also able to work with people who want to self-pay, or submit claims for out-of-network benefits.
